Pricing
Pricing and currency varies depending on the country you are shipping to, so changing the location at checkout will change the price.
Please be sure the correct country is selected while browsing our website. To do so, scroll down to the bottom of the SSENSE webpage and click on "Country/Region." The price on the item page will update accordingly.
Also note that additional taxes and shipping fees may have been applied to your final checkout price depending on the shipping country you selected.
Price Protection
In some cases, the price may have changed during your purchase. As a sign of our commitment to providing the best service possible, SSENSE offers customers a price protection policy under the following conditions:
- An item purchased has gone on sale or its price had been reduced within 14 days of having placed the order.
- The item in question is still available on the SSENSE website in the same style and size purchased.
- Price adjustments may only be applied once per item.
If these conditions are met, our Customer Care can refund the difference onto the original method of payment.
International Orders
If you used a credit card issued outside of Canada, an international transaction fee might have been applied by your financial institution. This fee is charged
by your financial institution - please contact them directly.
