Your order can be modified from your Order History within the first stages of processing.
Next Steps
Follow the instructions below to modify your order:
- Login to your account and select 'Order History'.
- Find the order you would like to make changes to and click 'Modify Order'.
- In the comments section, indicate the item number and size you wish to have modified, added, or removed.
A customer care representative will review your request shortly. Your order will be placed on hold until the changes have been reviewed and confirmed.
If the option to modify your order does not appear, your order is in the final stages of being packed and shipped. It cannot be modified at that stage.
PayPal Orders
If your method of payment is PayPal, SSENSE cannot increase the total amount or add items to the order as a security measure. We recommend placing a second order if you forgot to add an item.
Late Modification Requests
If the option to modify your order does not appear, your order is in the final stages of being packed and shipped. It cannot be modified at that stage.
In this event, you have the option to return or reject your package for a full refund upon its arrival back at SSENSE. Our customer care team will be able to guide you towards the best solution.
