Security is a top priority for SSENSE and we will most likely be able to find and cancel the charge.
First, contact your bank by phone as soon as possible to advise them of the fraudulent charge. If someone used your PayPal account to place an order, report the unauthorized transaction to PayPal.
We need these details to locate and cancel the transaction:
- Date of the transaction or pre-authorization
- Exact amount of the transaction
- Currency
- Cardholder's name
- Last 4 digits of the card only.
A customer care agent will send you an e-mail confirmation once we have successfully canceled the unauthorized transaction.
