In order to exchange a product at SSENSE, the original merchandise must be returned for a refund and a new order with the replacement must be placed. To request your return go to your Order History.
Requesting a Return
To request your return, go to your Order History on SSENSE.com and click ‘Return Order’ beside each item you would like to return. You will receive a separate email with return instructions.
You may also contact our customer care team to request a return authorization.
We will send a refund confirmation email within 5 business days of receiving the returned merchandise at our warehouse. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank to update your statement with the refund applied.

Return Conditions
- A return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item(s) must not be worn, altered or washed and must be accompanied by original tags and packaging.
- The item(s) must not be marked final sale.
- Footwear must be accompanied by the original box or/and dust bag in its original condition.
- Lingerie and swimwear must be returned with the protective hygienic strip intact.
- Self-care products (fragrances, face, body, hair): must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unaltered, and sealed.
- Technology category must be returned with their original manuals, accessories, and manufacturer packaging. Phones and wearable electronic devices (such as digital watches) must have their protective screens intact. Should the product arrive wrapper-sealed, it should be returned in its original sealed condition. In the event that the battery of a product is physically damaged, altered, or removed from its original configuration, please refrain from shipping back.
- Face Masks: in the interest of hygiene, face masks and face coverings are considered Final Sale.
- Merchandise showing any sign of use will not be accepted and will be sent back to the client at the discretion of SSENSE.
