You may find your tracking number in your Order History.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, SSENSE will send a shipment notification email containing your tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear after a tracking number has been created.
Please follow these steps if you cannot locate the shipment email:
- Check your junk/spam folder.
- Verify that the email associated with your SSENSE account does not have typos.
Our customer care team can also provide you with the tracking information upon request.
