How to reset your password
If you are unable to access your account, you can reset your password:
- Select 'Login ' on SSENSE web page.
- On the left half of the screen, click the 'Forgot your password?' button.
- Enter your email address and click the 'Reset Password' button.
- You will receive an email with a link directing you to a page where you may enter a new password.
- Once entered, you will be automatically re-directed to the 'Account Details ' page.
If you are unable to locate the password reset email in your inbox, please follow these steps:
- Check your junk/spam folder.
- You may have made a typo when writing your SSENSE account's e-mail address. In this case, you will have to create a new account with the correct email address.
