If an item you have recently purchased goes on sale, SSENSE offers a one-time price adjustment under the following conditions:
- A price adjustment request must be made within 14 days of your order being placed.
- The same size and style as the original item must be in stock at the time of your price adjustment request.
- A price adjustment can only be made once per item.
To make a price adjustment request, you can contact our customer care team with your order number and one of our agents will be happy to review your request.
If approved, the difference will be refunded to your original method of payment.
