Our Customer Care team may modify the shipping address if it is in the first stages of processing.
How to:
Please follow these steps to request a change to your shipping address:
- Log into your SSENSE account.
- Access your Order History.
- Find the order you would like to update the shipping address for and select “Modify.”
- Enter the new shipping address in the comments section.
- Confirm that the comment has been submitted.
Your new address may have to go through a security check before being approved for shipment. A customer care agent may be in touch with you once the change is made.
Conditions
Your request to modify the shipping address may not be accepted due to the following reasons:
- Your order is in the final stages of being packed and shipped. For that reason, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Your order was placed using PayPal.
- The new shipping address is located in a different state, province, or country.
If you are unable to modify your shipping information through your Order History, please reply to this service ticket and our customer care team will provide you with the next steps.
