We may cancel your order within the first stages of processing.
Please follow these instructions to cancel your order:
- Login to your account and select 'Order History'.
- Find the corresponding order and click 'Modify Order'.
- Request to cancel your order in the comments section.
- A customer care representative will review your request shortly.
- If completed, you may solve your initial service ticket.
If the option to modify your order does not appear, your order is in the final stages of being packed and shipped. For that reason, it cannot be cancelled at that stage.
In this event, you have the option to return or reject your order for a full refund upon its arrival back at SSENSE. Please do not 'solve' your ticket, as our customer care team will be able to guide you towards a best solution.
