You will be able to check the status of your return and refund directly on your Order History. SSENSE will send an email confirmation within 5 business days of receiving your package at our warehouse.

When will I be refunded?

You will be refunded within 5 business days of our receipt of your return parcel.

We encourage you to track your parcel until delivery. The transit time varies depending on your location and the shipping method used:

• United States, Canada & Japan : when using SSENSE’s return label, the transit time is typically 7 to 10 business days.
• Other countries: Please refer to your local post office or the courier used.

Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund within 5 business days. Your bank may require additional time to process the funds back into your account.
