Welcome to SSENSE PS Referral Program! By participating in this program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions governing the referral process and eligibility for rewards. Before you start referring, please take a moment to read through the following terms and conditions (“Terms”, “T&C”) carefully to ensure you understand the rules and requirements of the program.
Use of SSENSE PS services is subject to SSENSE PS Terms and SSENSE’s overarching Privacy Policy and additional T&C presented by SSENSE, all of which are made part of these Terms by this reference.
The SSENSE PS Referral terms and conditions(“Terms”) contain the complete terms and conditions between, SSENSE PS (“PS”) and you ( “PS Member”), regarding your participation in the SSENSE PS Referral program ( “PS Referral Program”, “Referral Program”, “Program”).
By signing up for, or otherwise using/participating in the PS Referral Program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, then you must not use the PS Referral Program or access any additional information or connected services/benefits.
You, a PS Member, agree to comply with the following: Rewards have no cash value and cannot be altered, sold, or transferred. SSENSE PS reserves the right to refuse or cancel benefits or rewards for reasons related to bribery, abuse, or fraud. Any violation of these Terms may result in the disqualification of referrals and/or termination of PS Members’ participation in the Program. SSENSE PS reserves the right to cancel or make modifications to its PS perks or the PS Referral Program at any time. SSENSE PS reserves the right to refuse Services at any time.
- To participate in the Program, a PS Member who wishes to advocate a “Referral” should email: personalshopping@ssense.com or by contacting their dedicated personal shopper and provide relevant information, including but not limited to: Referrals name, and email address, and share the referral’s competitor program membership. This process is further detailed in the section “Making a Referral” of these Terms.
- Individuals who receive a referral via a current PS Member are “friends” or “family”. An eligible PS Member (“Referrer”) who is advocating is fully compliant with these Terms will receive “Reward(s)’ for a “Successful Referral”, which Reward(s) shall be determined at SSENSE PS’s sole discretion.
- By participating in the Program, you, a PS Member, affirm that you have prior consent from the individuals you refer to share their email addresses with SSENSE PS. You agree to only provide contact information of individuals who have consented to receive communications from PS regarding the PS Referral Program.
- To be an eligible Referrer to advocate a Referral you must currently be a PS Member in the SSENSE PS Program.
- You confirm that you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should not use our Services, register on this Website or otherwise provide any data without the permission of your parent or guardian.
- PS Members must respect the spirit of the Program by only referring real individuals who meet the requirements of these Terms. PS Members cannot refer to themselves. Individuals who engage in the resale of our products are not eligible to participate in the Program. Resale includes, but is not limited to retail outlets, online platforms, or other channels. Any accounts identified to be fake accounts or associated with any type of resale activities will be disqualified from the Referral Program, and any accrued rewards or benefits will be forfeited at the discretion of SSENSE PS.
- Upon receiving the referral, PS will directly contact the Referral to obtain consent and assess the individual's qualifications based on predetermined criteria, to be established at SSENSE PS’s sole discretion.
- The evaluation process will include asking the individual to provide proof confirming their active membership in a competitor program or participation in a competing program and any other reference check deemed necessary by SSENSE PS. Eligible personal shopping programs, are to be approved at PS's sole discretion. Any other competitor programs will be approved at PS's discretion.
- SSENSE PS reserves the right to determine the qualification of the Referral candidate at its sole discretion to deem them a “Successful Referral”.
- Referrers will receive an email within 48 hours confirming that PS has received their Referral. PS will contact the Referrer once a decision has been made on the Referral candidate's eligibility.
- All information provided by Referrers and the Referral candidates will be treated with strict confidentiality as included in SSENSE PS Privacy Policy.
- Information shared during the Referral Process will only be used for evaluation purposes related to the PS Referral Program.
- Incentives or rewards for successful referrals may be offered at the discretion of SSENSE PS.
- SSENSE PS reserves the right to cancel or make modifications to PS perks or the PS Referral Program at any time.
- Any PS Member that violates these Terms or SSENSE PS Terms will immediately forfeit any right to any and all accrued PS benefits and will be removed from the Referral Program, up to being removed from the PS Program, but not limited to having their account terminated or blocked and no longer being able to shop at SSENSE.
- To the extent permitted by law, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Quebec, and the tribunals and courts of Montreal, Quebec will have exclusive competence in case of dispute.
