优惠和折扣码

SSENSE 会不定时向忠实客户发送折扣码。

在使用折扣码时，请留意以下条件：

  • 折扣商品（例如参与促销的商品等）无法再次折价
  • 除非另有说明，折扣码于 SSENSE 网站和实体店均可使用
  • 对于包含多件商品的订单，折扣码将对订单内符合条件的商品有效
  • 在退货的情况下，折扣商品的退款将为实际付款金额而非商品原价
  • 如折扣码失效或过期，SSENSE 将不会再次发送折扣码
  • 每件订单仅限使用一次折扣码

订阅 SSENSE 电子快报，加入 SSENSE Facebook 页面，及在 Instagram 和 X（前身为 Twitter)  上关注 SSENSE，即时了解最新的折扣与优惠信息。

SSENSE 保留随时终止、变更、修改或延长所有优惠与折扣活动（或其他方式的促销）的权利，恕不另行通知。使用 SSENSE 的服务即被视为已同意所有现有、新增和更新的相关条款与条件。

 

SSENSE 折扣码适用条款与条件

  • SSENSE 提供对 SSENSE.com、SSENSE APP 和 SSENSE MONTRÉAL 蒙特利尔旗舰店里部分商品适用的折扣码。这些折扣码会不定期通过电子邮件发送给客户和/或在 SSENSE 网站上通知客户。
  • 参与优惠活动即表示折扣码使用者同意接受本条款与条件的约束。折扣码仅在使用者遵守本条款与条件的情况下生效。
  • 本折扣码无货币价值，不得转换成货币现金。折扣码可在 SSENSE.com 上和 SSENSE MONTRÉAL 蒙特利尔旗舰店内使用（除非另有说明）。折扣码仅适用于全价商品且不适用于已加入折扣活动的商品。
  • 若欲使用本折扣码，用户可在 SSENSE 网站结算页面的折扣码一栏中输入折扣码，相应的折扣会自动从符合折扣码使用条件的商品之总价中扣除。若用户未按照相关要求在消费时输入折扣码，则此次消费无法享受折扣。在 SSENSE 网站上已经被确认购买的订单无法应用折扣码。
  • 当在一个订单中购买多件商品，并使用本折扣码时，折扣按比例适用于每件符合折扣码使用条件的商品。使用折扣码购买的任何商品后，如发生退货情况，则退货商品将按折扣后的价格退款。
  • 如果折扣码不可用、无效或过期，则相应折扣无法应用。任何情况下都不会发放替换码。
  • 每个订单可使用一个折扣码。
  • 本折扣码不一定全年有效。某些时间段或不可用。SSENSE 保留随时暂停折扣码的权利。
  • 每个折扣码限时有效。
  • 如果收件人删除了电子邮件，SSENSE 无法就被删除的折扣码发放替代码。
  • 对因同意和/或使用折扣码造成的任何损失、损害或伤害（即使是因疏忽造成的），除法律不豁免的任何责任以外，SSENSE 概不负责。
  • SSENSE 对电子邮件或其他通知迟发、丢失或错发概不负责。SSENSE 对因技术或电信问题，包括安全纰漏造成的无法使用折扣码或信息不准或任何损失、损害或伤害概不负责。如果发生该等问题，SSENSE 可能修改、取消、终止或暂停本折扣码。
  • 在法律允许的范围内，本条款与条件应受魁北克法律管辖。如有争议，由魁北克蒙特利尔的法庭和法院专属管辖。本条款与条件以英文书写，已翻译成其他语言。翻译版本仅供参考，不得从翻译版本中主张任何权利。如果就本条款与条件的英文版与其他语言版本之间有不一致的地方，或者就它们的内容或解释有争议，则在法律允许的范围内以英文版为准。

 

适用于专享折扣会的通用条款与条件 

专享折扣会是 SSENSE 为特邀客户提供的专属优惠，符合条件的客户须在登录后方能于 SSENSE 网站或 SSENSE 应用程序上查看优惠。鉴于此活动为专享优惠，客户不得以任何方式共享或宣传活动的细节信息，禁止传播的方式包括但不限于通过任何网站、博客、社交媒体帐户、通信类应用程序、电子邮件、口头形式等平台或渠道进行传播。SSENSE 保留暂停账户及/或取消违反私享折扣会条款和条件的交易的权利。SSENSE 可自行决定终止、更改或延长此优惠，恕不另行通知。

 

适用于在线和店内专享折扣会的附加条款与条件

在线专享折扣会

  • 在线专享折扣会仅适用于符合条件的客户，用户须通过其收到专享折扣会邀请的账户或之前用于购买商品的账户登录 ssense.com。
  • 此优惠活动仅限于 ssense.com 或 SSENSE 应用程序（最新版本）。请注意，此优惠不适用于在 SSENSE MONTRÉAL 蒙特利尔旗舰店店内购买的商品。
  • 此优惠不适用于配送费。
  • 我们的在线优惠活动可能与 SSENSE MONTRÉAL 蒙特利尔旗舰店中的优惠活动有所不同。由于网站和店内可能会以不同的价格提供商品，或者可能会在不同的时间举办不同的优惠活动，商品价格可能会有所不同。因此，除非另有说明，否则网站上提供的价格和优惠与店内提供的价格和优惠可能会有所不同。

 

店内专享折扣会

  • 店内专享折扣会仅适用于收到店内专享折扣会邀请的符合条件的客户。

适用于在线和店内专享折扣会的条款与条件

  • 符合条件并订阅了 SSENSE 电子快报的客户将收到电子邮件邀请函，以告知在线和店内专享折扣会开放时间。在活动临近结束时，客户同样将收到告知优惠活动结束时间的电子邮件通知，该通知将于活动结束前至少 48 小时发出。
  • 此优惠活动仅适用于标有“专享折扣会”的部分商品，不适用于任何其他折扣商品，亦不能与其他任何折扣、优惠或折扣码叠加使用。
  • 此优惠活动不适用于历史订单，无论订单是否包含标有“专享折扣会”的商品。
  • SSENSE 有权自行决定终止、更改或延长在线和店内专享折扣会，恕不另行通知。
  • SSENSE 保留自行决定以欺诈、滥用或任何其他原因拒绝或取消任何订单的权利，恕不另行通知。
  • 此优惠活动为个人限定优惠，客户不得以任何方式分享或宣传任何在线和店内专享折扣会邀请的详细信息，包括但不限于在任何网站、博客、社交媒体、通信类应用程序、电子邮件或口口相传等形式。 SSENSE 保留其所有权利（包括在已知或怀疑客户已传递这些详细信息的情况下），其中含有在专享折扣会期间暂停客户的账户和/或取消相关交易的权利。

General Terms and Conditions applicable to Sales

  • Sales are available to all customers. You can enjoy an additional limited-time discount on specific brands. By participating in these Sales, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. 

  • SSENSE reserves the right to exclude brands and/or certain products from eligible brands from these promotions from time to time. 

  • The list of applicable countries for these promotions is subject to change at SSENSE’s sole discretion.

  • The Sales are live on ssense.com, the SSENSE App, or at SSENSE Montréal.

  • Your discount will automatically be applied at checkout. These promotions are applicable to select regular-priced merchandise and will be deducted from the selling price before taxes. Discount is not applicable to shipping fees.

  • The promotions will end with at least 48 hours’ notice. SSENSE may use reasonable endeavors to notify changes.

  • These promotions are only applicable to select merchandise. These promotions cannot be used with any other applicable rebate, discount offer, or promotional code.

  • These promotions cannot be applied to past transactions. These promotions are no-transferable and nonexchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.

  • All orders are returnable in line with our returns policy. Discounted items returned to SSENSE will be refunded in the amount paid, and not the original value of the item(s). Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • These promotions do not include price reductions on shipping fees.

  • SSENSE reserves the right at our sole discretion to revoke, suspend, cancel, extend, or modify the promotions (or otherwise) or amend these promotions and these Terms and Conditions at any time and without giving prior notice to you. Users shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended Terms and Conditions.

  • SSENSE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for reasons related to fraud, abuse, or any other reason without advance notice.

  • To the extent permitted by law, these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Quebec, and the tribunals and courts of Montreal, Quebec, will have exclusive competence in case of dispute. The original English version of these Terms and Conditions has been translated into other languages. The translated versions are courtesy office translations only, and no rights can be derived from these translated versions. In the event of a dispute about the contents or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions or inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and any other language version of these Terms and Conditions, the English language version, to the extent permitted by law, shall apply, prevail, and be conclusive.

Additional Terms and Conditions applicable to Sale Up to 70% off:

  • This promotion is for up to 70% off, for a limited time or until stocks last, on select full-priced FW25 merchandise and past-season merchandise on ssense.com.

  • This promotion starts on November 17, 2025, at 9 AM EST.

  • The list of applicable countries for these promotions is subject to change at SSENSE’s sole discretion.

  • This promotion is applicable to select full-priced FW25 merchandise and past-season merchandise and will be deducted from the selling price before taxes. Discount does not apply to shipping fees.

  • This offer cannot be applied to past transactions. This offer is nontransferable and non exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.

  • This promotion cannot be combined with any other applicable rebate, discount offer, or promotional code.

  • SSENSE reserves the right to terminate, change, or modify this promotion and discount (or otherwise) or extend this promotion at any time without giving prior notice to you. Users shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended Terms and Conditions.

价格调整政策

作为优质服务的一部分，SSENSE 将会在符合以下所有条件的情况下为订单提供价格保护政策：

如符合上述条件，请在下单后 14 个自然日内联系客户服务，SSENSE 会将与原价间的差价以原始付款方式退回。如未在上述时限内提交申请，您将无法获得差价补偿。

不适用价格调整政策的情况：SSENSE 无法对有资格使用折扣码的已购商品进行价格调整，因为在有效期内的折扣码仅适用于新订单。请参阅下方的“SSENSE 折扣码适用条款与条件”以了解更多详情。

 

价格匹配政策

如果您在另一家在线零售商处发现某款商品以更低的价格出售，SSENSE 将根据以下条件对商品进行价格匹配：

  • 该在线零售商必须是授权零售商
  • 在您提交价格匹配申请时，该零售商网站所展示的相同样式、尺码、颜色、材料和季节的商品必须仍有货存
  • 标出的较低价格必须为全价，而非打折价格
  • 最终结算价格（包括运费、税费和潜在关税）必须低于 SSENSE 的最终结算价格
  • 标出的较低价格必须与 SSENSE 网站上的价格使用相同货币

在符合上述所有条件的情况下，您将可能获得价格匹配。请联系客户服务，我们将十分乐意提供帮助。

 

限时旗舰店 +500 积分活动的通用条款与条件（SSENSE+ 与 PS 客户适用）

本限时活动适用于符合条件的 SSENSE+ 与 PS 客户。活动期间，符合条件的客户于旗舰店完成符合条件的消费将额外获得 500 积分。该积分仅限领取一次。客户须在结算时提供账户信息方可获得积分。本活动不适用于电话订单及在 ssense.com 结算的订单。活动有效期为 2025 年 7 月 24 日 10:00（北美东部夏令时间）至 2025 年 8 月 10 日 18:00（北美东部夏令时间），且仅适用于 SSENSE 蒙特利尔旗舰店结算的订单。通过本活动获得的积分将于下单日期后的第 35 个自然日转为确定积分。点击查看完整的条款与条件。
