What is PS?
PS is a personal shopping program that allows members to unlock a wide range of services and benefits based on their shopping habits. Members of the program are paired with a dedicated Personal Shopper—giving them access to a more personalized experience. Members can unlock new PS levels by accumulating enough points during their annual cycle. Unlocked services and benefits are valid until the end of a member's fixed cycle and for the following cycle based on their anniversary date, as defined by the first time they received points. How do I join PS?
PS is an invite-only program. Eligible clients will receive an email inviting them into the program. Invited clients must respond to enroll and to unlock their benefits and services.
How do I accumulate points?
Points are accumulated by purchasing products from SSENSE and special program promotions.
How does the point system work?
PS members get points during a fixed 12-month cycle. Point balances are reset annually on a member's anniversary date.
Once a PS level is unlocked, members maintain their level status for the remainder of the cycle and the following cycle. If a member has not accumulated enough points to maintain their status by the end of the second cycle, their level will be adjusted.
When will the points be added to my account?
Points are added to a member's account 35 days after purchase.
How is my PS anniversary calculated?
A member's anniversary date is set to 35 days after their initial purchase in the SSENSE+ or PS program. For example, if a purchase is made on October 1, the anniversary will be November 5. The anniversary date will remain the same even if the initial purchase is returned.
What happens to my points if I make a return or if my order is canceled?
Points are added to a member's account 35 days after purchase. Within this 35-day window, points are considered pending. Points related to any canceled orders or returned purchases will not be added to a member's accumulated points balance. PS levels are based exclusively on confirmed accumulated points.
What is my level?
A member's level is determined by the number of points they have accumulated. Members can check their level on their PS account page.

How do I qualify for a level?
To qualify for a level, a member must accumulate enough points, which are added to their PS account with each purchase. Members will be notified through their PS account page and by email of any changes to their level.
What services and benefits do I get?
PS members are paired with a dedicated Personal Shopper, who is their direct contact at SSENSE and facilitates all aspects of their shopping experience. Services and benefits vary by PS level and can only be redeemed on ssense.com, the SSENSE App, or at SSENSE MONTRÉAL.
When will I get access to my services and benefits?
Once a PS level is unlocked, access is automatically granted to its corresponding services and benefits. Exceptions may apply for limited-time offers.
Do PS levels and services expire?
Services and benefits are valid for as long as members are in the associated level. Once a new level is unlocked, members will maintain it for the current cycle and the following cycle. If a member moves up or down a level, the services and benefits change accordingly.
Why has my level been upgraded?
Members are upgraded to the next level once they have accumulated enough points to qualify for it.
Why have I moved down a level?
Members are leveled down if they have not accumulated enough points to re-qualify for their current level by the end of their 12-month cycle.
How do I access my services and benefits?
Members must log in to their SSENSE account to access to their services and benefits. Services and benefits can be redeemed by making a purchase on ssense.com, the SSENSE App, at SSENSE MONTRÉAL, or via a Personal Shopper. Some exceptions may apply.
Do my services and benefits have cash value?
No. Services and benefits are nontransferable, have no cash value, and cannot be returned or exchanged for money or other products. Members have no property rights to the services and benefits.
Can I share my account and/or PS services and benefits with someone else?
No. Neither accounts nor services and benefits can be shared or combined.
What is the difference between VIP Private Sale and Private Sale access?
Private Sale grants early access to SSENSE sales and features exclusive products that are not available in regular sales. VIP Private Sale goes further by offering even earlier access to a wider product assortment.
What type of exclusive offers can I get with PS?
PS offers exclusive benefits such as access to events, discounts, and offline collections.
What type of exclusive updates can I get with PS?
Members who opt in to the PS program will receive special offers, personalized and first-to-know communications about their level and upcoming product launches, and more.
Can I opt out of the program?
Yes. You can opt out of the program at any time by contacting Customer Care. By doing so, you agree to lose your PS level and points.
