Promotions and Codes

叁视 SSENSE occasionally offers promotional codes to loyal customers.

When attempting to apply these codes, please note that some conditions apply:

  • Items previously discounted (i.e sale items) may not be eligible for further discount
  • Codes are redeemable online and in-store unless otherwise indicated
  • For orders containing multiple items, the discount provided will be distributed amongst all eligible items
  • Discounted items returned to 叁视 SSENSE will be refunded in the amount paid and not the original value of the item(s)
  • If a code is invalid or expired, a replacement will not be issued
  • Only one code may be applied per order

General Terms and Conditions applicable to promotional codes offered by SSENSE. 

  • SSENSE offers promotional codes that may be applied to selected items on SSENSE.com, SSENSE App & SSENSE boutique. These codes are occasionally sent to customers via email and/or communicated on the SSENSE website.
  • By participating, claimants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Claimants must comply with these Terms & Conditions for a coupon to be valid.
  •   The promotional codes have no monetary value and cannot be converted into currency. Promotional codes are redeemable both online and in-store, unless otherwise indicated. Promotional codes cannot be applied to items which are already discounted.
  • To redeem the coupon code, the claimant types the coupon code into the promotional box in the checkout field of the SSENSE website and the relevant discount will be automatically deducted from the final price of the qualifying purchase. If the claimant fails to enter the coupon code at the time of purchase as specified, the purchase will not be eligible for the discount. Discounts may not be claimed after confirmation of a claimant's purchase on the SSENSE website.
  • If an order containing multiple items is placed using a promotional code, the discount will be distributed across each eligible item according to its pro-rated value. Any returned item(s) purchased using a promotional code, will be refunded at the value of the discount applied to the item or items in question.
  • The value of a promotional code cannot be applied to an order if that code is inapplicable, invalid, or expired. Under no circumstances will replacement codes be issued.
  • One promotional code can be applied per order.
  • The coupon is not necessarily valid for all periods of the year. There may be periods, for which the coupon may not be usable. SSENSE reserves the right to discontinue a coupon at any time.
  • Each coupon is valid for a limited time only and expires on the date specified in the email sent to the claimant by SSENSE and/or banner on the SSENSE website and SSENSE App with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to expiry.
  • Coupons cannot be replaced if emails are deleted by the claimant.
  • SSENSE shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using the coupon, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  • SSENSE accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected email or other communications. SSENSE assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive a claim or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then SSENSE may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the coupon.
  • To the extent permitted by law, these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Quebec and the tribunals and courts of Montreal, Quebec will have exclusive competence in case of dispute. The original English version of these Terms & Conditions has been translated into other languages. The translated version is a courtesy and office translation only and no rights can be derived from the translated version. In the event of a dispute about the contents or interpretation of these terms and conditions or inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and any other language version of these Terms & Conditions, the English language version to the extent permitted by law shall apply, prevail and be conclusive.

 

Additional Terms and Conditions applicable to promotional code FW2025:

  • This offer starts on October 20, 2025, at 9 AM EDT and ends on November 3, 2025, at 9 AM EDT.  

  • This offer is only available to eligible customers who are logged in to SSENSE.com with the email address used for past transactions and/or have received communications through Email or push notifications.

  • This offer cannot be applied to past transactions. SSENSE reserves the right to terminate, change, or extend the promotion at any time, without notice. If a coupon is used and an entire order is canceled at a later stage by the claimant, the coupon will no longer be valid.

  • Eligible products for this promotional code are listed on pages : Womenswear, Menswear, & Everything Else as well as indicated on every product description page (PDP), on ssense.com and SSENSE App, with the mention “25% off with code FW2025”.   • SSENSE reserves the right to exclude certain products from eligible brands from the FW2025 coupon. 

  • This promotional code can be redeemed on ssense.com, the SSENSE App, or at SSENSE Montréal.

  • Repeated use of this code is permitted by the coupon recipient, within the eligible promotional period dates.

  • To apply this 25% discount to your order, enter the promotional code FW2025 at checkout.

  • Promotional code is applicable to select regular priced merchandise and will be deducted from the selling price before taxes. Discount is not applicable to shipping fees.

  • SSENSE reserves the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for reasons related to fraud, abuse, or for any other reason.

  • This promotional code is not applicable to items marked on sale, and cannot be combined with any other applicable rebate, discount offer, or promotional code.

 

Price Adjustment Policy

As a sign of our commitment to providing the best service possible, 叁视 SSENSE offers customers a price protection policy under the following conditions:

  • An item purchased has gone on sale or its price had been reduced within 14 days of having placed the order.
  • The item in question is still available on the 叁视 SSENSE website in the same style and size purchased.
  • Price adjustments may only be applied once per item.

If these conditions are met, please contact the Customer Care team so that they can refund the difference onto the original method of payment.

Price Match Policy

If an item is sold by another online retailer at a lower price, 叁视 SSENSE will match their price. To know if an item qualifies, please refer to the conditions below:

  • The online retailer must be an authorized retailer
  • The same style, size, colour, material and season of the item must be in stock on the retailer’s website at the time the price match request is made
  • The price to be matched cannot be a sale price, it must be advertised at full price
  • The final checkout price, including shipping fees, taxes and duty fees, must be lower than the final 叁视 SSENSE checkout price
  • The final price is advertised in the same currency as the price listed on the 叁视 SSENSE website

If these conditions are met, you may be eligible for a price match. Please contact us and we will be happy to review your request.

 

General Terms and Conditions Applicable to the Limited-Time +500 Points In-Store Promotion for SSENSE+ and PS Members

This limited-time promotion is exclusively available to eligible SSENSE+ and PS clients. Eligible clients will receive 500 bonus points, which can only be redeemed once, for qualifying in-store purchases made during the promotional period. To qualify, clients must provide their account information at the time of sale. Phone orders and purchases made through ssense.com are not eligible for this promotion. The promotion is valid from July 24, 2025, at 10:00 AM EDT to August 10, 2025, at 6:00 PM EDT and applies only to in-store purchases made at SSENSE MONTRÉAL. - Booking is based on availability and demand.

- Clients must present themselves physically at our location for the appointment.

- All items are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties or if products are no longer in stock, we reserve the right to remove any booked items.
